Mobile – (Android and iOS) – Increase Time Frame for Hourly Weather/Make Individual Days Collapsable
When viewing weather at a field level on mobile, we have added additional functionality which allows you to view the field weather for 7 days out on an hourly basis. Under this same enhancement, we also added the ability to collapse/expand each individual day as you can see in the screenshot below
Mobile – (Android and iOS) – Add “Map Icon” Under Weather Tile that Navigates to Weather Map
We have added additional functionality under the weather tile which allows you to navigate to the weather map by tapping the “map icon” in the top right hand corner
Mobile – (Android and iOS) – Update Weather Tile to Display 10 Day Forecast
We have added additional functionality on the mobile app to include a 10 day forecast under the farm weather tile
Bug Fixes
Online – Error between languages on GIS>Zone Tab
There was an issue reported that when the browser language was set to Italian, The GIS>Zone tab would move the decimal point under zone percentage and display an incorrect percentage. Additionally, when the browser was set to Italian, the field map would not display under GIS.
Fix: This issue has been corrected and the zone percentages now display correctly when in Italian. The field map also now displays without any issues.
Online – Download Zones – Wrong shape when using browser in Italian
When the browser language was set to Italian and you exported a zone SHP file in GIS it would produce a polygon that did not match the zone/field boundary.
Fix: This has been corrected and when exporting a zone SHP file with the browser set to Italian, it produces the correct zone file.
Online – Zone Import “Set Default Colors” not Functioning
When importing a zone under GIS>zones and using the “set default colors” option it was not setting the default colors for each set in the zone as expected.
Fix: This function is now working correctly and it is saving the default colors for the zone as expected
Online – Seed Source Metric Display
When adding a new seeding record in the new Field Manager page and the user is set to Metric units then “NaN” would display for default values.
Fix: This has been corrected and default values display as expected when using Metric units.
Online – KML Files Not Opening in QGIS/FarmWorks
When exporting a KML file from the software, and the browser language was set in Italian, the KML file did not have the correct lat/longs which prevented the file from being opened in either QGIS or FarmWorks.
Fix: This has been corrected and the file can be exported/opened in QGIS/FarmWorks as expected.
Online – Error Trying to import nutrient zones from Lab Data labels and Forms
When trying to import lab data from labels and forms, it was throwing a 500 error message.
Fix: This has been corrected and you can now import lab data from that page without any issues.
Mobile – (Android and iOS) – App crashes on adding “Fertilizer by Analysis” while creating seeding sessions
When adding a seeding session and attempting to use the option fertilizer by analysis it would cause the app to crash.
Fix: This has been corrected and you can now use the option fertilizer by analysis without any issues.
Mobile – (Android) – Total Quantity and Average Cost unit is displayed as “t” instead of “MT” for tonne
When creating a Work Order and using a material with a unit of MT, the summary would display total quantity and average cost as Tons instead of Tonnes
Fix: The Work Order summary now displays quantity and costs as MT as expected.
Mobile – (iOS) – iOS – PHI unit defaulting to hours as unit
Pre Harvest Interval unit was defaulting to hours instead of days when adding a fertilizer.
Fix: This has been corrected and the PHI unit is defaulting to days as expected.
Mobile – (Android and iOS) – Display precipitation in mm or inches as per the user setting
10 day weather forecast on the mobile app was always defaulting to mm for precipitation regardless of the unit settings for the org
Fix: This has been corrected and the precipitation unit will either display “mm” or “in” based on the orgs unit settings.
Mobile – (Android and iOS) – Weather screen data not displaying when switching between applications and resuming back
When logging in on the mobile app and viewing the weather tile, then switching to a different app, and back to the mobile app, it would display a grey screen rather than displaying the weather data.
Fix: This has been corrected and now when viewing weather on the app, and switching to a different app, then back to the mobile app the weather data displays without issue.
Mobile – (Android and iOS) – Farm weather data fails to display for other languages
When the phone language was set to anything other than English and clicking on the weather tile, the weather data would not display as expected.
Fix: This has been corrected and the weather data displays correctly when the phone language is not set to English.
Mobile – (Android) – Comments missing in Other expenses with “Mechanical” expense
When viewing/entering “other expenses” in the mobile app listed as mechanical, the comment section would not be available, meaning you could not enter new comments/edit existing comments for the expense.
Fix: You can now add/view comments on the mobile app when it is listed as a mechanical expense.
Mobile – (Android) – View disclaimer is displayed twice when a work order with “Other” type is started
When a Work Order using the type “other” was started, it would display the “view disclaimer” twice below the comments.
Fix: “View Disclaimer” only displays once now below the comments as expected.
Mobile – (Android) – App crashes on clicking location icon from New storage detail screen
When accessing the storage icon with potato storage access enabled, and clicking on the location tag under the location field it would cause the app to crash.
Fix: Now the map displays allowing you to set the location as expected.
